๐ฅAvoid food that will irritate the skin. Clean your lips after eating.
๐ Velvet Eyeliner Tattoo, gently clean the area with Q-top within 24 hours following your appointment. Clean the area each time before applying a thin layer of Vaseline to the eyeliner area for 7 days. You will not experience any scabbing.
โณ Brows will start to get dark after 2-3 days then start to flake. Lips will appear darker or brighter, depending on the lip colour selected. DO NOT touch the flakes. Be patience and let them naturally fall off.
๐ Pigment will heal about 20-30% lighter for brows, and 30-50% for Lips. Any spots missing will be touched up the next session.
๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Do not workout or do anything that causes excessive sweat till the brows are fully healed (10-14 days).

Tatoo Aftercare
Day 1: Your tattoo will be covered with a plastic bandage to protect it from
the elements after you leave the salon. After no less than 5 hours you can remove
the bandage and wash with an unscented antibacterial soap. Please know that it
is completely normal for your tattoo to weep lymph fluid and excess ink for the
first few hours. This is your bodyโs natural immune response. Washing the tattoo
on day 1 will help to rinse this fluid away and help reduce scabbing. Apply a small
amount of healing salve and allow the area to dry completely before covering it
with clothing or going to bed. Healing salve is available for purchase, or
alternatively you can use unscented lotion, Aquaphor or After Inked, all available
at your local drugstore.
Days 2-10 (or until scabbing is complete): Cleanse morning and night. Pat
dry, do not rub. Apply healing salve 2-3x a day as needed, keeping your new
tattoo hydrated but not overly โwetโ. This will help relieve any itching or tightness
during the healing process. Only touch your tattoo with CLEAN hands. I do not
recommend cotton or Q-tips as these can snag the scabs and lift the ink.
Things to avoid: UV rays (tanning, sun exposure), hot tubs and public pools,
saunas, sweating, products/makeup. Try to keep your tattoo dry as much as
possible to let it heal. Do not use a washcloth or anything abrasive on your tattoo.
Please be mindful of the water stream when in the shower. ABSOLUTELY no
scratching or picking. This will lift the ink.
